Terms definitions
- The company: means Service Zone
- You: mean the customer, the client both in an individual capacity and also referring to a corporate or commercial group hiring the service and anyone on their behalf.
- Service: means only that one mentioned in the quote.
Area of job
In case of relocation
- Dissemble and assemble the beds, tables and kitchen tables (if requested, with no extra charges).
- Dissembling and reassembling the other furniture of any kind. (if requested, with extra charges as per requirement)
- Packing and unpacking(separate service)
- Transportation from starting point to relocation destination. (separate service)
In the Case of Hiring a Handyman Service
The company will clear the area from aftermath clutter, our staff will hand over the area of work the way they received it.
Booking Plan
After receiving the filled quote, the customer is responsible for intimating the final date for availing the service they required from the house of Service Zone. Furthermore, any modification or alteration of the date whether due to postponement or cancellation of the already scheduled date, must be communicated to the company well before time. The time in such a situation is a minimum of 72 hours before and a maximum of 96 hours before the originally decided or scheduled date.
Payment Mode
Payment can be made through verified checks, cash, money orders, and debit/credit cards are all acceptable modes to the company.
Reservation or Booking Deposit
Our booking calendar is marked as soon as the quote is received, and the date is finalized and communicated to the company. A reserved fee will be due on the part of the customer for entering into any further procedure. The reservation fee depends on the service customer is hiring the company.
Surcharge in Case of Rescheduling or Cancellation of any Booked Service
In case of any change in the already scheduled date is required, the customer is responsible to intimate the company within the time already mentioned in the ‘Booking Plan’.
In case of failure, the company is authorized to retain the customer’s half of the booking deposits or reservation fee, already mentioned in, “Reservation or Booking Deposit” in case of postponement. And the customer will face the loss of the full booking fee in case of failure of bringing to notice the cancellation of the order.
Final Installment
After completion and conclusion of the service in question as per the contract signed, the customer will be bound to pay the final installment to the company.
Claims
- After hiring any of the services, it is mandatory for the customer to inform about any damage or loss at the time of delivery after the hired service is done.
- Our company will not be responsible for any loss or damage if not contacted within 7 days.
- The complaint must be in written form attaching the inventory list of the belongings, you and the company shared at the time of initiating the service you are hiring us for.
- No complaints will be entertained if communicated verbally or through a worker.
- The company will give its customer a cover (partially, not fully) in case.

- if the company is packing with the proper material, arranged or asked the company to arrange for them, and
- If the company is giving the transportation services as well.
- If any of our workers cause property damage during on-site task compilation due to some negligence or mishandling.

No claim is entertained in the case:
- If the customer is doing the packing on their own.
- If the customer is driving the goods on their own
- If the customer refused to take the proper packing for fragile items like glass, electronic appliances like computers or TV LCDs/LEDs.
- If the customer is not following the strict advisory of our experts and faces a loss or damage
Assembling and Dissembling of the Furniture
The company will provide the said facility only at the request made by the customer at the time of filling and receiving the quote. No extra charge will be taken against, beds, tables and kitchen tables for dissembling and reassembling. The rest of the items are exempted but if requested will be charged extra.
Discontinue the Service
- The company will not tolerate the misbehaving attitude of the customer towards our staff and discontinue its services at that very point.
- The company is also authorized to move further in case the location is unsafe.
